OUR VISION

THERE’S MORE TO EXHIBITIONS THAN THE STAND

Our vision is simple, we want to provide not only creative, exceptional exhibition stands but a stress free experience for all our clients. We also like to provide carbon neutral exhibition stands, to keep both ourselves and clients on a solid eco footing.

ELLEN STOKES

EXHIBITION EXTRORDINAIRE

Our owner Ellen Stokes came into the exhibitions and events industry and completely fell in love it. With a background in retail and customer service, Ellen believes strongly in making sure that all clients are happy at every point in the project, this is now the philosophy of Be Exhibitions.

Be Exhibitions was set up by Ellen Stokes in 2017. After 10 years in the industry Ellen has built up a network that has assisted in the building of Be Exhibitions, as well as helping clients further. Whilst Be Exhibitions covers the stand design and build part of an exhibition, our network can assist in everything else associated with exhibiting.

BE Exhibitions are proud to be partnered with Mossy Earth, a social enterprise on a mission to bring true wilderness back to Europe. Through the framework of rewilding and reforestation, they offer individuals, schools and businesses the possibility to plant forests and restore key ecosystems while reducing their carbon footprint.

The Mossy Earth Promise

• We only plant native species of trees. No invasives nor monocultures. Our trees are planted in protected areas to ensure the trees stay wild forever!

• To ensure the ultimate level of transparency for each tree planted we send a photo and GPS coordinates of the tree, 360° imagery of the plantation area and regular updates on our projects

• We commit to replacing any trees lost within the first 3 years

• We plant an additional 30% across all our projects to ensure we meet our impact as a group and as an insurance against any carbon calculation discrepancies

• Every year, for the first 5 years, we will take a biomass measurement of the average CO2 stored per tree.
